JOHN C. CLOUGH practices in the area of commercial litigation, and he has extensive trial experience in a variety of complex business matters. The cases he handles include various types of construction, real estate, and business disputes, as well as cases involving unfair competition, restrictive covenants, usurpation of corporate opportunities, theft of trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, and corporate control disputes.
He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Clough received his law degree from the University of Miami.
