JOHN D. KEHOE is board certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He graduated from Dartmouth College, cum laude, in 1976 where he majored in English, and he obtained his law degree from the University of Florida Law School in 1979.
Mr. Kehoe practiced law for over ten years in Miami before moving to Naples where his practice has continued to focus on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes and insurance coverage issues as well as personal injury, wrongful death and product liability cases. Mr. Kehoe joined Cheffy Passidomo in 1995 and became a principal in the firm in 1997.
He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar and of the Collier County Bar Association. In addition, he has been admitted to the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
