JASON O. LOWE practices in the area of civil litigation, including commercial litigation and construction disputes. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 and his Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2000 from Troy State University.

After completing graduate school, Mr. Lowe attended the Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. During law school, Mr. Lowe served as a federal judicial intern for Judge Kovachevich of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Lowe was admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2004.

Prior to joining Cheffy Passidomo Wilson & Johnson, LLP, he was an associate with the law firm of Gray Robinson, P.A. in its Lakeland, Florida office. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association, United States District Court (Middle District of Florida), and Defense Research Institute (Member of Lawyers’ Professionalism and Ethics Committee, Commercial Litigation Committee and Young Lawyers Committee) and also participates in Inns of Court.
