In addition to planning for the transfer of assets at death, the Trusts and Estates attorneys also seek to develop strategies for preserving clients’ assets and minimizing taxes throughout their lives. The firm takes a special interest in planning for unique circumstances of a family, such as closely held businesses or incapacitated children or other loved ones.
