We have represented clients in many types of employment–related litigation in state and federal courts including employment contract disputes, wrongful termination claims, enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, whistleblower claims, trade secret litigation, overtime compensation disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits under both state and federal law.
