Brian J. Thanasiu is board certified as a specialist in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He graduated cum laude from Northern Michigan University, receiving a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in land use planning and environmental science, before he went on to earning a master’s degree for studies in environmental law from Vermont Law School, and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Mr. Thanasiu focuses his practice on residential and commercial real property matters throughout Southwest Florida. He represents owners, tenants, developers, lenders, and property owners associations in their acquisition, use, development and management of real property.  His experience in guiding complex transactions includes the review, negotiation and drafting of purchase and sales agreements, administration of loan documentation, facilitation of real estate development, and title examination for land acquisitions. He provides sound legal guidance to those buying and selling real property, and takes pride in making himself available to his clients when he is needed.

Mr. Thanasiu is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar Association, and the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association.
