CHELSEA BRANCO is a member of the Firm’s real estate department. She joined the Firm in 2014 as an assistant, and she was subsequently promoted to the position of paralegal. As a paralegal, Chelsea gained substantive knowledge about real estate law and invaluable experience working with the Firm’s clients.  While working as a paralegal, she applied to law school, and she earned her law degree magna cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in December 2022.

During law school, Chelsea clerked for the Honorable Nicholas P. Mizell, United States Magistrate Judge, Middle District of Florida, was an editor for the Law Review, and served as an ambassador for the Office of Professional Development.

As an associate, Chelsea focuses primarily on zoning and land use matters, and she assists with a diverse range of residential and commercial real property matters including transactional work, contract disputes, real property litigation, and landlord/tenant issues.
