Stephen A. Webber

STEPHEN A. WEBBER is an associate in the Firm’s litigation department based in Tampa. Mr. Webber is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator and is a member of Mediators Beyond Borders International. He earned both his B.A. in Political Science and Master of Public Administration (MPA), with a Local Government Management Certificate, from Virginia Tech in 2020 and 2022. He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025 and obtained a concentration in International Law. In November 2024, Stephen was elected countywide to the Sarasota County Charter Review Board, where he served as Chairman. Prior to law school, Mr. Webber worked on Capitol Hill for offices in the United States Senate and House of Representatives, advocated for software supporting our military’s JADC2 initiative, and designed a digital education platform for high school students.
